When your team changes

Monthly and annual plans work differently.

Monthly plans reflect sustained team changes at your next renewal. Annual seat capacity stays reusable for the paid year, with a 14-day grace period before added capacity is billed.

Monthly billing

Nothing is charged mid-month. Your next renewal uses the highest active count kept for more than 24 hours.

Add more than five people in one browser session and we show one polite reminder with the current and projected renewal amounts. Deactivations reduce that session count, and the reminder never blocks the change.

Annual seats

If your team shrinks, seats already paid for remain available to use again during the same year.

Going above the number already paid for starts a 14-day grace period. We show one polite reminder per browser session.

Adding annual seats

After 14 days, each extra seat still in use costs $10 ÷ 12 for every full month left before renewal.

Part months are not charged. At renewal, those seats continue at the full local annual price.

Do I need a card to start?

No. You can create a Time Off company and use every feature for 30 days without entering card details.

What does the subscription include?

Every current Time Off feature is included. There are no feature tiers and no minimum monthly charge.

Which currencies are in the catalogue?

The fixed launch catalogue includes GBP, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD. Prices show in the currency that matches your browser's language, or in US dollars otherwise, and that currency is carried into company signup.

Are prices shown before VAT?

Yes. Displayed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable.

How does annual billing compare?

Annual billing costs the equivalent of 10 monthly payments, so you receive two months free.

Who counts towards the price?

Pricing is based on active people, with no minimum. The seat rules above explain how team changes affect monthly and annual billing.
